Q. Can I book my mower in for a service?

                     Answer.    you can put your machine in a virtual queue. click here.

Q. How do I get the machine to F Giles from the car park?

                     Answer.    When you arrive at Chessington Garden Centre car park please place machine in one of the yellow trolleys. Enter via the main entrance go through shop to the outside area turn right & follow covered walkway till the sign pointing between main building & bedding house, then follow path down to F Giles entrance.

Q. Do you have a collection & delivery service?

                  Answer.     Yes we do provide a collection & delivery service locally it is £15 each way for walk behind mowers and £25 each way for ride-on mowers. This service is for petrol powered lawn mowers that are booked in for full service only! we do not collect repairs, 2 strokes machines,  mains powered, cordless or push type mowers.

Q. What are your opening hours?

                  Answer.     Our opening hours are 9 - 5 Monday to Saturday 10 - 4 Sunday. Bank Holidays are as normal business hours. Easter Sunday we are closed. Christmas Holidays we close Christmas eve and reopen a week later. (dates will be on 'Home page')

Q. Is my machine finished yet?

                  Answer.     When your machine is booked in we will give you an approximate completion date. If you need to find out progress please use the inquiry form on the 'contact us' page.

Q. When is best time to have my machine serviced?

                  Answer.       The best time to have machines serviced is October thru to December as these are the least busy months.

Q. How much do you charge for estimates?

                     Answer.        Estimates are free however if we need to dismantle anything for closer inspection then we do not reassemble if the estimate is not accepted. If reassembly is required this would be charged at an hourly rate.
